With more than thirty years of culinary experience, Chef Eric Drexler brings knowledge and passion to his craft. His thirst for experience-based knowledge of the culinary world outside of his own backyard sent him to various locations around the globe including Thailand, Central America, the Caribbean, South America, Australia, Mexico, and Italy. That same thirst for knowledge has led him to learn not only from culinary professionals, but also from home cooks using age-old techniques that have been refined over centuries and passed down through the old-world style of cooked over wood coals.
